Tracy Gervais, MsEd,CPC

Tracy is currently the Curriculum and Behavioral Specialist at the Dave and Mary Alper JCC Preschool, where she works closely with teachers and families to support children's learning and behavioral development. Before stepping into this leadership role, Tracy spent 13 years as a kindergarten teacher and has worked with children ranging in age from 18 months to 8 years old. With over 30 years of experience in early childhood education, teaching has always been her passion—and she’s loved every moment of it.

Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Master’s in Elementary Education from the University of Miami. She is also a Certified Professional Coach with a lifelong commitment to supporting others.

As both an educator and a parent—of a daughter (32) and three sons (16, 25, and 30)—Tracy understands firsthand the complexities of child development and behavior. Over the years, she noticed that many of the behavioral challenges observed in the classroom, such as difficulty with self-regulation, impulse control, and task initiation, often mirrored struggles at home. After countless parent-teacher conferences offering advice and encouragement, she realized it was time to share her expertise on a broader scale.

Tracy founded In Sync Solutions with a clear mission: to empower parents, teachers, and caregivers with proactive strategies to better understand and support children. She believes that when adults learn how to truly hear their children, children become more willing to listen—and positive behavior naturally follows.

We reached out to Tracy as soon as we heard she was officially coaching in her new business. Who would be a better coach for our family than Mrs. Gervais? We started the process without hesitation. We trusted her vision, her approach and we are blessed to be putting the tools she has provided us into practice.

At first, we couldn’t imagine we would be able to handle the situations without her leading us. Tracy guided us in a way that we now feel naturally capable to use the tools she’s given us. Everything is smooth, peaceful and in harmony in our house.

Tracy is not only available when we call, but she reaches out to us to follow up. She keeps track and asks about our progress. Her input has been implemented by us at home. Communication is fluid, frequent and always directed towards solving any and all issues. Her wisdom, care, patience and understanding has been a tremendous support for our family. She is loving and supportive in so many ways.

We are honored and grateful to be able to work with Tracy towards more conscious parenting, while creating a positive approach in conflict resolution, in guiding and educating our child. Working as a team  has lead us to be more understanding, patient and loving parents. This process has taken a lot of weight off of our shoulders and it’s all thanks to her coaching. There are not enough words to thank Tracy for her time and support. Coaching with her has been the best decision we could’ve made.
